1. What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids—the essential building blocks of proteins. Unlike larger proteins, peptides usually contain fewer than 50 amino acids and play key roles in the body, acting as hormones, neurotransmitters, and signaling molecules. They help regulate various biological processes, including immune function, metabolism, and tissue repair. Because of their therapeutic potential, peptides are widely studied in biomedical research and drug development.

2. What does lyophilized mean?

Lyophilization, or freeze-drying, is a process that removes water from a substance while maintaining its structure and activity. During this process, the material is frozen and exposed to low pressure, causing the ice to turn directly into vapor. The result is a dry, stable product with an extended shelf life, making it easy to store and ship without refrigeration.

3. What can I use your peptide products for?

Our peptides are intended strictly for scientific research and development. They are not approved for human or veterinary use. We encourage researchers to use our products to study peptide properties, effects, and potential applications under controlled laboratory conditions.

4. How should I store my peptide once I receive it?
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. For long-term storage, keep lyophilized peptides in a freezer at around –20 °C. At this temperature, most peptides remain stable for 2–3 years without significant degradation. Reconstituted peptides, however, have a shorter shelf life and should be stored in the refrigerator.
5. Do you ship products discreetly?

Yes. We ship all orders in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy and protection. Smaller orders are sent in padded envelopes, while larger ones are packed in sturdy postal boxes.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed the same day and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery delays are beyond our control. For any shipping-related inquiries, please contact us at eliteresearchpeptides@gmail.com.

7. Do peptides need to be kept at a certain temperature during transit?
No, temperature during transit is not a concern. Our peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which ensures stability even with short-term temperature variations. To maintain quality, keep the package out of direct sunlight until storage.
8. What if I have a question about my order?
